i think most people know about this bakery. yeah eaton already famous because the bread and cake yummy and price range is oke plus many variant offered. many populer bread that they have like lapis legit, lapis surabaya is the best seller. for the bread i think ham and cheese will be customer favourite.
but for me, talas bread that have purple paste for the filling is the best. as we know talas have natural purple colour that really eye cathching, soft bread, sweet talas paste is best of all!!

other varian that i try to is like talas bread but the color is green. i think its pandan and when i ask the waiter, she told me its pandan but when i try it, not like a pandan but its green beans. taste good but i prefer for talas
oh and like i said before tha famous lapis legit from eaton is yummy too, i try coffee flavour, little oily cause lapis legit use much of egg so the texture for the cake is oily but soft and solid

Wife Cake

wife cake or called sweetheart cake just like a pastry or pia. its layered and fiiling with lotus.

anyone know what is lotus about? honestly i dont know. when i come to Christal Jade Grand City, the servant come to me and ask what kinda bread i looking for. and after take a quick look in that store, the servant told me that the wife cake is best seller in the store. so i ask what the filling and she said lotus

after she said lotus, i grab that cakes and get pay it first.

i become curious for how it taste, first impress when i bite the pastry just nothing special like other pastry but when i bite the lotus, taste so chewy and sweet but not over sweet. and delicious! recomend to try, specially if you sweet lover

when you heard pho' i think all people can guess what kinda food that are.. aha! its vietnamnese

lets talk about vietnamnese first. vietnam culinary is not fampus as thailand, so maybe bout 2 years ago, first time i try vietnamenese. first try i think its plain, yeah i'm indonesian who everyday eat indonesian food that full of spice and rich flavour. but everytime i try it i little like it. but not all vietnam food is little plain, just like variant of noodle. for the beef and chicken taste so good and fresh

that picture above is pho', traditional noodle from vietnam. you can choose with yellow noodle, rice noodle or kwe tiau. first impress is the beef broth strong enough and little sour from the lime. for the beef and the noodle taste nothing special. i just can give it 2,5/5 star.

and the 2nd menu is rice with beef. specifictly is warm rice covered with beef, sauce, carrot and onion.. this menu more have flavour and strong spice in my mouth. so the beef tender and soft. the beef kinda like rendang but more soft. i like it! 3/5 star i gave it

i'm back

finally i'm back after few montha i don't update my blog. yeah first because i'm back to my hometown so i'm kinda busy to open my laptop and i have trip with my fellas to singapore in late january. so we gonna talk bout it later.

2 month i dissapear from this blog but i have tons of good review for you guys. i try many many new flavour that i never try it and taste soooooo good till i lost my word.
